What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice then there could be a cancellation charge of up to the full amount.

Will I be charged if I miss my appointment?

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or no call/no show then there could be a cancellation charge of up to the full amount.

Can I leave my child unattended at the salon?

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What happens if I’m running late?

If a client is more than ten minutes late, they may lose their right to the scheduled appointment slot and promotional discounts.
